Additionally, it exhibits excellent impact toughness and low-temperature toughness, passing impact tests at -40°C without failure, ensuring stable performance in harsh environments.
Excellent Weldability: The SPV24 steel plate demonstrates good weldability, meeting the requirements of various welding processes for ease of processing and manufacturing. With low carbon content and a controlled carbon equivalent (CE) at a low level, it is less prone to cracking during welding, making it suitable for on-site welding operations.
Good Corrosion Resistance: The steel plate undergoes special heat treatment and surface treatment, forming a dense oxide film on its surface that effectively prevents corrosion media from eroding the steel, thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
