Former RG Steel building in downtown Wheeling is up for sale for USD 900,000
Charlestone Gazatte reported that the former RG Steel building in downtown Wheeling is up for sale for USD 900,000.
Built in 1905 the 13 story building once served as the headquarters of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel.
Mr Jay Goodman with Harvey Goodman Realtors tells that the Intelligencer and Wheeling News-Register that the building is in great shape.
Mr Goodman said that several out of state companies have expressed interest in the building since he got the listing in late December.
RG formed in 2011 when Wheeling Pitt's former operations were combined with Bethlehem Steel's former Sparrows Point mill in Baltimore and the former WCI Steel plant in Warren Ohio. RG filed for bankruptcy protection in May 2012.
