Mr Jeff McPherson has been appointed President in Ranger Steel
Ranger Steel Services LP the largest independent steel plate distributor in the United States announced that sales vice president Mr Jeff McPherson has been appointed President and Operations Vice President. Mr Jochen Seeba has been named Chief Operating Officer.
Ranger owner Mr Ron Whitley, former President and Chief Operating Officer will assume the role of CEO. Mr Annette Richards' CFO responsibilities will remain the same.
Mr McPherson has spent his entire 33 year career in the steel business with Ranger while Seeba has been with the company for 21 years.
Mr Ron Whitley Ranger Steel CEO said that “These management changes reflect the roles and responsibilities that Mr Jeff, Mr Jochen and Mr Annette have held for the last several years. The appointments will help solidify Ranger's growth mode geographically and in expanded inventory plate grades.”
